If you are not using our delivery service, please bring trucks, trailers, straps, blankets, and anything you'll need to transfer your pieces. We will not be supplying this for you. 

These are used items from our staging inventory and are perfectly imperfect. Please take a close look at all items for wear prior to purchasing.

All sales are immediate and final – no holds, returns, or exchanges.

We'll have art, pillows, accessories, dining and accent chairs, couches, and other used items from our home staging inventory for sale at a discount. We will be posting sneak peeks on our Instagram @bydesignhomestaging if you want to see what we're selling! We will not be able to send individual photos, or share prices of inventory prior to the event. As a VIP, you'll have first access to the items for sale at the brunch event.
