We have an opening for a Social Media Stratest who wants to skyrocket the expansion of the BY Design and Staging Studio brand and play a key role in the success of the team… the job perks include a stocked snack bar, working creatively, and laughter during stressful moments.

How you'll know you're killing it:

  • The team sends you heart-eyed emojis on the daily

  • You solve problems and offer solutions without being asked

  • You’re able to stay on top of your tasks and stay one step ahead of the creative director

  • The social media metrics will be through the roof–and converting to sales

Here's what's involved:

  • Create and manage social media calendars for @stagingstudio and @bydesignhomestaging
  • Shoot and edit TikToks and Reels that grab attention and educate
  • Write captions and comment responses in on-brand language that builds a relationship with our followers and motivates them to make a purchase
  • Outline and create project plans for new marketing initiatives
  • Assist in deploying successful launches and evergreen marketing campaigns; overseeing their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Oversee social media KPI’s and adjust strategy as necessary

What you need to have/be:

  • Ability to create beautiful and aesthetically on-brand graphics, photos and videos
  • Hashtag guru- you know how to research and utilize hashtags to boost social media performance
  • Expert at Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • You just “get” social media. Which means you have studied marketing and stay up to date with the latest social and marketing trends. (If you don’t have a TikTok account, this role is not for you.)
  • Critical thinking and the ability to self-solve problems
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively, respond to critiques, and adapt/edit quickly
  • Strong track record of project management
  • This role is highly collaborative.
  • Strong grammar/spelling skills
  • Strong photography and videography skills
  • Can edit a TikTok video in your sleep
  • Time management skills - You are always on time (or early). You’re a born GO GETTER – always looking for ways to add value, do better work, improve efficiencies, build others up, and make the world a better place
  • A logical thinker who can go from big picture to planning out all the details -- making impactful projects come to life
  • Humility and Service – You focus on how you can build a vision, and you believe there's no job too big or too small

….and it would be great if you had:

  • Strong technical design skills
  • Interest or aptitude in home/interior design
  • A love for chocolate (our 2nd passion after beautiful homes)

The nitty gritty:

  • You’ll need to bring your A-game to work each day
  • Available to work 40+ hours per week and be in the office 8:30am to 5pm Monday - Friday
